These folks lead in our Sunday morning corporate worship experiences each week.  Some expectations include: memorizing songs and be at rehearsal prior to leading in worship on Sunday.  Currently we have four vocal teams made of five members each who rotate throughout the month and participate leading worship for both Journey services.  After filling out an application, a very low-key audition will be completed with the worship minister before participation on a team.  There are opportunities and expectations for our vocal teams to support other events outside of Sunday morning worship.
