Portrait: Chris   Chris Wigley

Family:

Married to Cathy in 2002 and children Carsyn (6), Drew (4), Reece (2), and Eden (newborn)

My life verse is:

“But God showed how much he loved us by having Christ die for us, even though we were sinful.”  Romans 5:8 (CEV)

Saved:

Easter of 1986 at First Baptist Church, Coppell

If I could ask God one question, it would be:

Why did you make me so good looking?

Nobody knows that I:

Can blow bubbles off my tongue

I am happiest when:

I am watching some football (preferably the Cowboys) with my kids and surrounded by good friends with something cooking on the grill.

One of the things I find most fascinating is:

Cirque du Soleil.  How in the world do they do that stuff?

The One Book (besides the Bible) I’d recommend to anyone is:

Breaking the Missional Code by Ed Stetzer

My last meal would be:

Texas de Brazil

I am most excited about:

What the Dallas Cowboy’s season will look like

On my iPod:

A little praise and worship mixed with rap and some alternative.  The favorite song of choice right now is “Standing Outside a Broken Phone Booth with Money in my Hand”

My trademark expression is:

PEACE!  You guys are awesome!

My proudest moment is:

Watching my kids

If I could:

I’d “turn” back time.  If I could find a way.  (I can’t remember the rest of the song).

I could eat or drink:

Anytime (except if it involved green vegetables)

My pet peeve is:

Traffic.  Isn’t there always someone in the lead?!  What in the world is that person doing besides just sitting there?

My perfect day would be:

Playing golf in Maui, Hawaii

My favorite childhood memory is:

Watching my mom trying to get through a room that is designed to appear as if it is leaning.  She had to finally crawl out of that room!

In my free time, I:

Love to dominate on the softball field

My favorite time of Day:

2:00pm because Sonic’s drinks are half price!

My favorite TV show is:

The Big Bang Theory on CBS

My favorite Movie:

Don’t laugh at me, but Return to Me is the best movie ever made!

Three people I would want to have a meal with:

Rick Warren, Tim Hawkins, and John Stossel

One of My Greatest Experiences with God is:

Being called into the ministry on a youth mission trip to Eagle Pass, TX
