Texercise begins Wednesday, September 8th. We will meet in the chapel from 10 to 11 AM. This statewide fitness campaign exists to educate and involve adults 60+ in physical activity and good nutrition through the rest of their life span. Current Need for the Camera Crew

Constitution Revision Decision
As the community has grown FBC has had many opportunities to expand our ministry to reach increasing numbers of people; however, it has become apparent that our current decision-making processes have hindered our ability to respond in a timely manner. It is the conviction of the Strategy Planning Group, the Governance Study Group, and the Constitution Revision Committee that this proposed change to our Constitution and By-Laws will position the Church to anticipate decisions and adjust the ministry to meet the changing needs of our 21st Century society.

Birth Announcements
If you are a parent or grandparent and want to share a birth announcement with the church family, send a picture, name and birth date to Cathy in the church office at cfalls@fbcburleson.com. Photos will run during the announcements at the beginning of each worship service on Sunday mornings.
Moms & Tots

The Pashtun Collaboration Summit will be September 15th - 18th. FBC will be hosting this Summit. Workers who serve among the Pashtun in Afghanistan, Pakistan, Europe and America will be coming together with businesses, churches and individuals from around the country. Host homes are needed for conference leadership that will be attending from out of town.

Celebration Choir
Kicking off for the Fall! New music, great times of fellowship, and a weekly challenge from the Scripture. Join us in the Worship Center each Wednesday evening at 6:15 as we sing praise to the Lord. The Celebration Choir is open to everyone age 18 and over and no audition is necessary.

Burleson Pregnancy Aid Center
The Burleson Pregnancy Aid Center is in need of baby booties. The booties will be used to decorate the tables for the 2010 PAC Gala in October. Once the gala is over, the booties will be given to clients with positive pregnancy tests. We will be in need of 160 pairs of booties. Booties may be crocheted, knitted or store bought. Please bring your donation to the church office.
